Seller’s Agents:

As Realtors, we understand that sometimes we represent sellers whose properties don’t sell as quickly as we might desire. Unfortunately, our program is not designed to pay referral fees. We have committed to keeping our fees competitive and we aim to preserve sellers equity. If you would like to contact us regarding a referral relationship, we can discuss these opportunities on a case by case basis.

Buyer’s Agents:

Often, your buyers will discover our ads describing an upcoming auction. Then they’ll call you hoping that you can advise and assist them in the process. We have great news in that we welcome your input and assistance. You are encouraged to attend the inspection days and to review and discuss the inspection reports and disclosures with your client. On the day of the auction, you’re welcome to attend with your client although the client should be the person doing the bidding. We will cooperate, although the exact percentages will vary from auction to auction.
